How does Coaching work?
Conversational Coaching helps clients to move forward and set personal and professional goals that give them the life they really want.
What is NLP?
NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This means what we think, what we say (including our self talk) and as a result of this, what we do. The therapist uses technique from NLP to allow the client to create powerful change within. Think of it like a computer that needs a clean up, an old piece of software removed and a new better piece of software installed. This means installing better patterns of behaviour for the client.
What can I expect in a hypnotherapy session?
You can expect to make positive changes in the way you think and behave. Your willingness to engage in the process is the most important thing. Henry Ford famously said “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, either way you’re right.” Believing in the process is key to achieving your goals.You will be guided by the voice of the therapist who is trained in the art of facilitating positive change in a client.
