Over 15 years of providing personal assistance to senior executives has
given me the knowledge, experience and skills to offer a professional and
polished VA service. This includes 13 years at AstraZeneca UK Ltd, where I
also worked virtually as a PA.

I have been providing administrative services to Torbay Business Forum and its Executive since March 2013.
In my spare time I enjoy getting out and about, usually walking (Dartmoor in particular), camping, gardening and I’ve enjoyed taking part in voluntary community organisations and projects (beach cleans, career fairs and clearing overgrown footpaths, for example).
