We are a Community Kitchen, Cafe & Hub where people with different abilities learn new skills, gain work experience & are supported in their transition to work & a more independent adult life. Our welcoming café and inclusive ethos is breaking down barriers within our community, one coffee at a time!

We empower people with different abilities by providing them with work experience and supported employment opportunities within our bustling café, which is open to all!

At No Limits, we believe that people with different abilities bring valuable skills, achievements, and progress to the workplace. When provided with the right support, they can excel in their roles. 9 out of our 23 paid employees have a disability. We offer a rolling Work Experience programme, Supported Internships and Apprenticeships, in hospitality and catering all within our Newton Abbot town centre café!

In the past year, we have supported 12 individuals with diverse abilities in securing paid employment with other local companies, through our Supported Employment Outreach service. We have established partnerships with local businesses and offer free training in Disability Confidence, which includes making reasonable adjustments, differentiation in recruitment and interviews. We aim to show them that if we can do it, they can do it too!
