Employer Engagement on Supported Employment Pathways to include; Work Experience, Supported Internships, Supported Apprenticeships, Paid Employment
Disability Confidence advice and support in self-assessment to become Disability Confident Committed.
Access To Work advice and admin.
Provision of Job Coaching for supported employment within local organisations.

Advice and support in administration associated with ATW.
Advocacy for Supported employment pathways.
Support with CV, applications, interview, and transitions to supported employment.
Joint working with Eat That Frog on their fully funded Entry Level 3 Employability Skills, ‘Find me a Job’ course (Chromebook provided for attendees on completion).
1-1 Job Coaching for supported employment opportunities using our own Job Coaches. All 1-1 Job Coaches we currently utilise either have the L3 Supported Employment Practitioner Certificate or are about to take part in the Supported Employment Training course under the Supported Internship Programme with Devon County Council.

We ascribe to the Social Model of Disability which states that people are disabled by the barriers and attitudes in society not by their impairment or difference. We refer to our participants as having different abilities or being differently abled.
